Come and join the fun and see what Running Chix and now our New fitness walking group, Walking Chix is all about!   We are here to help motivate and support you.  We help encourage you to make goals and keep them with the most energetic, nicest bunch of runners and fitness walkers in town!

 

This is not a competitive group.  Our team of athletes are an encouarging group of gals that train hard and have fun along the way.  Join us as we run ourselves to developing our Cardio Engines.  Running and great nutrition is our fuel!

 

Friendships are made and lives are positively impacted through running.  Half of all runners are women and we are changing the face of the sport!  More and more races are welcoming this ever growing communtiy of fitness walkers.  We celebrate your hard work in several road races otherwise known as an event.

 

Develop lasting memories with your new sole sisters!  Why train alone when running with your gal pals is more fun!

 

 

Guests are welcomed.  If you are not sure about group training, we encourage you to come out and "test run" one time before deciding to join our great team of Running Chix and our Fitness walkers.  Run-ins and Walk- ins are ALWAYS welcomed!

 

Follow a customized schedule that will get you to the finish line with only 3 days of training a week!   Train with us the run/walk/run method.   Time and effert based training for beginners.   For  Fitness walkers we now have something just for you too!   Join us as we develop our strong cardio engines!   You CAN do this!
 
Personal coaching available just for you. Having a hard time connecting with group training? No problem, contact us so we can help you get up, get out and get active on your time!
Customized training scheduling availble  just for your raceing event. We have our race event  that we carfully plan out  and  train for each season, however , if you wish to race another event, we would love to put a training program together to suite your needs, developed just  for your fitness level. Coaching you to your destination race will be our honor.
 
 

 

We welcome women of all sizes, shapes, creeds, and speeds.  It doesn't matter how fast or slow you go, it's about getting up and moving with others.  Get the support you need to go the distance!

-Training Programs to get you to the thrill of any finish line.

-Weekly running  sessions in various locations throughout our town

   

- Monday-cell groups with out coaches

-Tuesday cell groups with out coaches

-Wednesday-group training Gilchrist Park 6 pm

-Thursday,  Cape Haze Poioneer Trail, Gasparilla Road, Englewood FL. @ 7am(check with your coaches on this time, it does change)

-Saturday Mornings- grouptraining with coaches @ 7:00 am in beautiful Gilchrist Park Punta Gorda FL.  400 W. Retta Esplanade

 Running with your sole sisters is much more fun, and you really  can receve many benefits from group training.  You  will push yourself harder when training with your new friends.
